Elf foreman to Hermey when Hermey didn't show up to elf practice.
The Elf Foreman, also known as The Head Elf, and The Boss Elf, is the secondary antagonist-turned-antihero in Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.

The Elf Foreman first appeared in this special. When Hermey wanted to be a dentist, he became irritated and told him that elves have one job: to make toys. When an Elf tells him that Hermey didn't show up to elf practice, he got very mad, and said "WHY WEREN'T YOU AT ELF PRACTICE?". When answered, Hermey said he made a doll that could chew food. The Elf Foreman said that they had dolls that walk, talk, laugh, cry, blink, and run a temperature, but they do not need any dolls that chew.
He then slams the door in anger, leaving Hermey no choice but to run away. Meanwhile, when Rudolph, Clarice, Donner, Mrs. Donner, and Hermey return to the workshop, the people that were mean to Rudolph and Hermey apologized to them, with the Elf Foreman being one of them. He eventually grants Hermey his wish to open up a dentist's office at the North Pole, effective the week after Christmas. Unfortunately, the Elf Foreman complains of a toothache. Fortunately, Hermey said he will take care of it and arranges an appointment for the Elf Foreman.
